Week 1 Foundation

BREATHING

Most people breathe wrong. Seriously.

When your ribs can't expand fully, your body can't manage pressure properly. And unmanaged pressure is what causes leaking.

In Week 1, you'll learn how to breathe in a way that actually protects your pelvic floor. It sounds simple. It will change everything.

Week 2 Foundation

Posture

The way you stand, sit, and carry yourself all day long affects your pelvic floor even when you're not exercising.

Week 3

Pelvic Floor
